While I am located in Jersey City, I offer 1:1 virtual therapy for clients located in New York and New Jersey.

I see clients between 10am - 5pm Monday - Thursdays. Sessions are between 45-55 minutes. I do not hold sessions on Fridays or weekends.
Cadence depends on the client, but typically we will start weekly then taper down as needed. We will work together to find the best schedule for you. Therapy doesn’t have to be forever, but it’s here when you need it.

In fact, I see many professional women navigating their mental health, relationship challenges, phase of life transitions, as well as those who are contemplating family planning. I have clients who start with me before kids and stay through having their children.

Yes, absolutely! You are welcome to bring your baby, feed your baby, as long as it still feels ok for you. If we need to adjust to accommodate evolving nap schedules, we can do so!
